Instruction:

QYM/SURFTECH Ultra Plate Sealer is a ready-to-use reagent, Shake well use after the equilibration to the reaction temperature.

Microplate Stabilization Procedure (Example):

1. Cover and seal with antigen or antibody; 

2. Wash: Wash away the excess blocking solution with PBS / TRIS washing buffer (recommended without surfactant), Repeat twice; 

3. Stable: add appropriate QYM/SURFTECH Protein-free Plate Sealer, 20-37℃ for a certain time; 

4. Dry: after suction (or drying) QYM/SURFTECH Protein-free Plate Sealer, Fully drying in drying box (20-37℃) for 2-6 hours; 

5. Storage: recommended packaging plates using seal bag with good air tightness, And put in the desiccant, Stored at 2-8℃, Usually, it can be stored refrigerated for more than two years; It can also be stored at room temperature for several months after packaging. 

QYM/SURFTECH Protein-free Plate Sealer has a good sealing effect, and can also omit the conventional sealing steps. It is recommended to test the suitability of the different reaction systems.
