ELISA / Chemiluminescence: For diluting AP-labeled detection antibodies.
Western blot / Microarray / IHC: Used as the diluent for AP-conjugated secondary antibodies.
Instruction:
QYM/SURFTECH AP Stabilizer MES is ready-to-use and should be equilibrated to the reaction temperature before application.
Prepare the AP working solution by diluting the AP conjugate to the desired concentration according to the user-defined dilution ratio.
It is recommended to validate performance within specific assay systems prior to fullscale use.
