Application:
ELISA / Chemiluminescence: Used for diluting HRP-labeled detection antibodies.
Western blot / Microarray / IHC: Serves as the diluent for HRPconjugated secondary antibodies.
Instruction:
QYM/SURFTECH HRP Stabilizer is ready-to-use and should be equilibrated to the reaction temperature before application.
Prepare the HRP working solution by diluting the HRP conjugate to the desired concentration according to the user-defined dilution ratio.
It is recommended to validate performance within specific assay systems prior to full-scale use.
